Matrix ??? error

how can i copy this game( matrix), i was trying all king of solutions, win iso, iso buster, extrac directly the files and make the image, redcord max now 4.5, alcohol 120%, bla blaa and nero 6. and appers an error after 93% have DVD lite-on 16X and pionner a-04 what can i do?!! only need extract de fu%^&^ image!!?! and i got my drivers fine conected individualy cables... all is perfect??!?! whatt happendsss!!

Try cleaning the lasers on your DVD-ROM/R/W using a dry brush cleaning disc. If this doesn't work, maybe your original has scratches and is damaged. Polish and a soft cloth often help solve this (works for me), but if the scratch is through to the data layer, you're screwed.
