Does enybody knows where i can get an english manual of Winning eleven 7?? I want to know if you can make player transfers between the teams in order to update some trasfers i.e. Beckham to Real Madrid.

I don't think there is such a site but you can go to www.neoseeker.com and search for the game. You can download the instructions there. It isn't a manual as such but it has all the details of how to do these sorts of things and the controls etc...
