Bin adn Cue??

I have the bin and cue files for a game that i want the backup. My question is what do i do with them? :confused: Do i just burn them in a data cd or do i make it in to an iso? :confused: Any help would be great. THX

If you actualy made this game image yourself you would know what to do with them. No warez allowed here buddy.
