xbox backup to hdd

hey peeps i have just bought an xbox and i have heard that you can back the games up onto the hdd is this possible and if it is can you please tell me how :D

You will need to know how to use the utilities and ftp to your xbox before you can backup. Here (http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/hdd-install2.php) is a tutorial.
