Can anybody tell me if this chip is O.K and what he can?
I want to play online , because i have now the messiah 1 chip in my station and nothing works online! Is it possible to play online withe the dns 3 and must i use originalgames or backups or both?

The Messiah in no way keeps you from playing online.

No chip will get you past the newest DNAS protection in NCAA Football 2004. For this protection you need to use your original and disable your chip.

does dnas protection apply only to online gaming? online gaming is something i'm not at all concerened about.

Yes this only applies to online gaming. NCAA Football 2004 is the first US game you can't get around. A DMS3 update might get past this in the future, but don't count on it.
