Hello people,does anyone know how to make a working backup of colin mcrae 2 using nero??

If you use Nero, you'll need one of these cracks (http://spacetarget.com/games/pc_colin_mcrae_rally_2.shtml). If you want to make a backup without a crack, you might want to check out Alcohol120% and it's "securom new" setting.

Colin McRae Rally 2 is only protected with SECUROM, not SECUROM NEW !

Colin McRae Rally 3 is protected with SECUROM NEW 4.8 !

Or, am i wrong ?

just checked the clony xxl cd check,and it says safedisk v2,but i dont use clone frontend,would it be wise to let clony xxl preset the settings in clone and try burn a copy with a cdrw??Or has anyone used a different burn program and had better results?

To be on the safe side ... install the game and scan the main exe (CMR2.EXE ???) with CD Killer's Protection ID.
