Does anyone know wher u can order dark purple write surface Verbatim DVD-R iin the uk and what to order as when I order any I keep ending up with the light purple write surface ones an these suck with ps2 lasers.

Well, At least tell me what to order!!!

So far I have ordered Ink jet printable 2X dvd-r iin jewel cases and they have turned out to be light write surface ones.

Should I order a cake of 25 non ink jet printable ones???

Anyone??? Buller.....Buller....

Thanx for the reply m8ee. Have never seen these b4. Have seen singles and cakes of 25, Inkjet printable or standard but not them. Will give em a try but not b4 my a-06 arrives.

PS My washing machine playing up. Any chance u can pop round an have a look??

:p Don't know jack about washing machines. I would probably try kicking it a few times. If that doesn't work try a bat.:D

You can get the Verbatim here (http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10314220&hdwt=32102&loc=101) too. I don't think they ship to the UK, but I would be happy to buy them and ship them to you if you like.

They look like standard Verbatim dvd-r in cake form. Will try ordering a pack of 25 from this end. ( don't know why u get them in 15's??!!)

Well, from what I can go on they are 2X general purpose DVD-R. I think the problem is that I ordered Inkjet printable ones, the ones u have seem to be normal ones. Have found a site here that does bog standard general purpose 2X in packs of 25 so will give them a go.
