Problems with Runaway (eng) : Videos are upside down!

This is a strange problem. I used the latest crack from deviance, and all the videos in the game are upside down! Does anyone know how to fix this?

i searched on the french forum with babel fish, they said its caused by too many codecs installed, and the fix is to configure xvid to rotate the picture, it worked.
