Both of them are PAL.:
SCPH-30004R
SCPH-39004

Also, I have some blown fuses in my SCPH-30004R, I think they are the PS11 and possibly the chip BA...a bunch of numbers. I have a Neo 2.2. My PS2 turns on but there is only a black screen and no sound. The DVD-Rom drive has no response to the Eject command and doesn't try to read any discs. Can this be fixed?

How long have you had had a Neo 2.2 in your ps2? All Neo chips are known ps2 killers.

I have Neo 2.2 for about 1 year and half.
