Does anyone know what are some of the better quality DVD-R's out there....
I was hoping to find a page on Mediaworld like they have rating CDR's but i havent found one....
Right now i am using Verbatims.....Just wondering how good they are......Looks like CMC is the manufacturer..
Thanx guys!!!!

Verbarims are good but expensive. Ritek are tops. Awesome quality and much cheaper than Verbatim.

Nope, retail stores don't sell them. I know they are sold out at a lot of places. Try the stores below:
shop4tech.com
rima.com
allmediaouotlet.com
mediasupply.com
meritline.com
cdrdvdrmedia.com

Has anyone tried GQ DVD-Rs or DVD-RWs?
GQ CD-Rs and CD-RWs are awesome.
They have protection on the top (unlike cheap silver-tops), have a silver colored top, and best of all usually $7 for 50 at your local Fry's!
I've used literally about a thousand so far and have had 0 problems.
I wouldn't use anything else.
Don't know about the DVD-Rs though.
