RAR FILES WONT UNRAR??? not corrupt i dont fink

i downloaded a gta patch that was archived rar and it wont unrar with winace or winrar it says error #25235 in winace and in winrar it just says it is corrupted but i dont think it is as it works fine on a m8's comp.?????? the file is grugtavccd.rar if thats any help? plz help some1 thanx..
p.s its not my version of either extraction prog as they are up to date..:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
