is there any program that i can mix a song with another and burn it into a cd.

What do you mean by mix? Joining a song to another after the first one ends?

not at the end.what i meant was like in the middle or something. like a dj.

you could try mixmeister ,tracktor or bpm studio. mixmeister is prob best if your gonna write it to cd
