T.P for DVD eye pattern, V4 PS2?

Hey folks,

Do you know where I could find a diagram showing the Test Point required to check the Eye pattern of the DVD on my V4 PAL ps2.

I found one for an earlier version but I am unsure as to the correct one on the V4
