How to burn sub, img, and ccd files

I recently downloaded a rar file and the archive contains three files

a .sub file, a .img file, and a .ccd file.

how would I burn this?

i hate to sound mundane, but extract them to a folder and then burn the .ccd with alcohol 120%. it might look like a small file, but it's the one you need...
