ps2 backup does not work

Hello, is it possibel that i cant backup my games with my cd writer? i do wath the manual says but it doesnt work. do i need a patch(Wathever that is) tnx

are you copying a dvd or cd game? if the bottom is silver then you need a dvd burner if the bottom is blue then you can burn them with a cd burner

i used clonecd but it does not work do i need a patch or where can i find a step by step manual how to backup ps2 games?

what is going on? is it not copying? are you getting a error message? i use cdrwin to make a image and use nero to burn. also make sure the disc is clean and scratch free

i created an image file with clonecd and then burned the image file also with clone cd but wen i put it in my ps2 after the boot disc and press X like i do with other working copys it gets stuck

what game is it and what vertion is your ps2?

i tried it with several games but they all dont work, a friend gave me a copy and that i can play.
