ps2 movie problem

i burned a movie from svcd to dvd format using svcd2mpg+ and i got an error on the ps2, it says tv system doesnt match. this is a virgin ps2,

is that a region problem, a pixel size problem, or a pal/ntsc problem. please let me know



and is a tv resolution 640x480?

DVD frame size for pal is 720 x 576 25 fps and for ntsc 720 x 480 30 fps, make sure that your frame size is correct.
Try TMPGEncoder, it has ready templates. get it from here,

Yeah, it converts avi and mpeg files to vcd, svcd and dvd.
