anybody knows how can I play a quake 3 mod on dreamcast? Is it possible? can I put a quake 3 mod on dreamcast? how?

As of now it is not possible, and probably never will be.

All I can think of is changing the level textures and character skins. You would need Photoshop with PVR support and go from there. I haven't tried this and don't know if it will work. Give it a try.
