I keep getting the message, "CD Authetication Failed, Please Quit" Then it says something about connection problems and then kicking me out when i try to play Renegade Online. Is there a crack to fix this problem....someone plz help. Yes, my game is burned and its version 1.037 with a 1.037 crack. Plz help!:( :(

Burned? You mean pirated version?
Get the original if you want to play online so badly. Or can't you even play with that disk? :p

The authentication required would be that of a valid cdkey. The game is cheap now, like 25 bucks or something. I betcha not many ppl even play it online seeing that the netcode was screwed from the get-go..

Renegade is still popular online especially since it is now $10 at most US retailers. The netcode while not perfect is much better than the initial released version. The game is quite playable with broadband and is still the best vehicular shooter for online play. UT2004, Halo, Breed, Chrome, and/or Terminator 3 may change that assessment though when they are released. Still, you can't beat the gameplay for the price.
