copied pc games

can anybody please tell me if ya can copy games off an already copied cd,,,i managed to do max payne but have not been successful with others e.g black hawk down

Why do you want to copy from the copy. Use the original.

I think it depends on how that 1st copy was made.
I have also made "copies of a copy" on MAX PAYNE.
I made another copy from a copy of "Return to Castle
Wolfenstein" so you see it's probably up to how the
1:1 copy was made.

yeah i managed to do a couple of games but just unsure if some protection stops this. thanx
