How do I use the patch? The Alpha 3 cdi wont extract. And there is no readme text or anything. Please help.

Download the Alpha 3 patch from DCCopyWorld, then get PPF-O-Matic (search google) and apply the patch the iso. Once you get the prog, it's pretty simple to use.

The problem is that the CDI wont extract because of the error. And I cant apply to a rar file can I?

No, you apply the patch while it's in it's cdi form.

Well how do I extract then? It gives me an error about CRC file. It keeps me from extracting the file.

Redownload it from wherever you got it from, you are getting the error because your archive(s) which contains the SFA3 CDI is corrupt.

If you have a SFV file, check the archives with QuickSFV.
