trouble with stelth IV

i bought a brand new stelth IV from gocybershop and i follow the digrams as shown but when i load the games it just gives disk read errors i got ever solder to the point no joint laps or nothing i dont know whats going on i got my first chip it work fine from ihaveanosebleed but then i bought a ps1 clasic chip and this stelth 4 cant get eather to work so dose any body got a working digram for this chip that will work on the NEW PSone heres the digram i went by its the aftr july one

I'd double check everything and then break out the magnifing glass, sometimes a microscopic soldier particle can cause a big problem. If everythings looks right you might have a bad chip and want to exchange it if possible.
