ISS 3 Original won't work!!!

Hi!

I have a very big problem with my new Game!
I buy ISS3 and installed it today,but it doesn't work!!!

There is teh following message:

No record from this game exist on the HARD DRIVE!Create?

OK or NO

But you can't choose!
Only NO!Thats ****!

What can I do?
I ask the helpline but the say I should install it again!

That I do,but its always the same message!!!

Please help me!

I want to play it!Today!

You need to select OK... If you have Gamepad installed select OK with that. If not just use, I think, the Z Key.... Poor port of a poor game...

I try it!But nothings happend!
I try all keys on keyboard and all buttons!
NOTHING!

Has anybody a Patch or something else?

Well, its not a problem with the game... as everyone should get that... Try reading the manual that came with it. Its all explained in there..
