Problem backing up Rise Of Nations

I will read the image. then it will start to burn but it brings this up after 1%
W 5:08:32 PM Writing to CD failed, MEDIUM ERROR: NO SEEK COMPLETE (3:0x02:0x00)

what does that mean? i tried to re read the image but no go... i tired different setting but still no luck..

any help?

Try burning it at a lower speed - don't go over the stated speed on the media. But to test it out, try burning at 4x
Also try different media.
