What does "(TW)" mean? Is it worth $27 ( http://www.psxmodchipcentral.com/cgi-bin/shopCart/shopping.cgi?action=link&sku=A38&uid=12 ) or should I just put in another $25 and get a "real" M2? Another option is an Apple pre-wired chip ( http://store.unet.net/shop/showdetl.cfm?&DID=12&Product_ID=187&CATID=2 ) is this chip worth $33? I dont even have a ps2 YET so I dont know the V, but im asuming v7, LOL. Any input is welcome! Thanks.
that's just another clone. if i were you i will spend a little more and get the real one.
An apple is a good alternative.
get the messiah 2 thats your best bet
Messiah is best but Apple is really good also. I wouldn't bother paying the extra money to have it prewired because soldering the wires to the chip is bar far the easiest part of the install and should be done after soldering to the board. Just don't buy anthing called magic or Neo and you'll be set.

i got both real messiah 2 and TW, they both work pretty good to me. TW play vice city without freezen and load xenosaga DVD9 no problem, the only problem i have is play DVD movies ( maybe i install wrong or don't no the boot method) but its play all my CDR, DVD-R for both ps2 and ps1
