I have picked the below for example but what does apply the official patch mean, I know how replace original exe

Play Instructions:
Install the game - Full Installation.
Apply the official Championship Manager 4 v4.05 Patch #2.
Replace the original CM4.EXE executable with the one from the File Archive.
Play the Game!

It means exactly what it says... Apply the offical patch released by SIGames. Just go over to the official CM4 (http://WWW.SIGAMES.COM) Website, download 'Enhancement Pack 3' (A fancy word for a patch), apply the patch, now just copy over the crack.

Install the cm4, update the game with 4.06 patch + find the 4.06 crack, overwrite or replace the orig cm4.exe et voila!
