I have made a back-up from The Sims with Alcohol120% on the Safedisc2 mode, but when I try to install it with that disk at 7% when he's installing objects.far I'll get an error and the installation will stop. Does somebody knows how to fix this problem or how to burn it right?

try remaking the image, except this time lower the drive read speed..

I already tried it at 1x (150 kb./sec.) reading speed with 2x (300 kb./sec.) burning speed, but then it didn't work too.:(

Possibly a dirty/scratched original then. Try cleaning it and test on re-writables.

I don't think so because when I install it with the original CD it does works. And I always try at CD-RWs first.

Try ripping from a different drive, and maybe try different media.
Also, when you create the image, try mounting it onto a virtual drive. If it installs fine from there then you will know that the image is fine.
