Age of Mythology unable to alocate memory

When i boot the game and it gets to "loading sound" the aplication exits, closes the program and a message pops out "unable to alocate memory -25467387"
What is this and how do i fix it??

free up some memory i guess.. check your drive that contains the swap file has sufficient space.. defragment your drives, check hdd for errrors etc.. windows running out of memory is a lot rarer now than years ago....
