Back-up The Sims: Vacation

I have made a back-up from The Sims Vacation, but after installing I get an error which says this:

Sims has caused a fault in ~DE1766.TMP

Sims is being closed now

If problems are keep coming, you have to restart your computer

Does somebody know how to fix this?
