Help. I'm new to this stuff, this is my very first post. I'm trying to make a working back-up of Sims Superstar EP6 without any success. I have tried, Clone CD & Blindwrite. I have run ClonyXXL and it tells me that the disk is protected with Safedisk 2.9 - very hard.
Can anyone tell me whether this disk is copyable?
Thanks:confused:

Thanks
Can't find Vluka FAQ.
Does anyone have a preferred prog to Clone CD or Blindwrite. I downloaded a trial of Alcohol 120 but haven't tried it yet. Are they all the same?
I haven't really messaed around with default settings. Are there any good resources for how to use these progs - idiots guides?!?

Here (http://www.fileforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43666) is Vluka guide.
Alcohol is the best program to be using.

Just wanted to say thanks for those replies. After doing a lot of reading around this and other forums I decided to dump my Memorex 12maxx and replace with a Lite-on LTR 52246S.
I ended up using ClonyXXL+Alcoholer+Alcohol120 (all latest versions) and made perfect back-up copies of Sims EP6. So good that I installed and ran the game on a seperate partition using the back-up disks.
It might be a bit of a cop out using Alcoholer, but it worked for me. I suspect changing my burner had something to do with it. Going from no sheep to 2 must make a difference.
Anyway thanks again you guys for pointing me in the right direction.
