My brother bought me Final Fantasy VI in Paris, and I live in America, when i put the game into the PSX, it told me to insert a Playstation CD-Rom into it. I guess I found out that the disc is PAL, and my machine only runs NTSC (or something like that), anyway to get my machine to run this thing? Also my playstation is one of the originals from 1995, i have to flip it upside down to get it to read stuff.

You need a mod to play imports.

If you have to turn it upside down... Don't even bother modding it....

Go out an get another one.......

The original Playstations are NOTORIOUS for having laser issues...

Not really the lasers fault but the mounting for the lasers......

AND..... Regardless.... As Bighap said..... You STILL need a mod to play imports....
