Need help making backup of Blitzkrieg

Has anyone made a successful backup of Blitzkrieg?

I tried using CloneCD, both with a mounted image and an actual burn, to no avail. In both methods, I launch the game, my cursor turns into a CD icon for about 20 seconds, then clears, and the game does not launch.

Does anyone know what copy protection Blitzkrieg is using? ClonyXXL list it as unknown.

It uses Securom 4.8......I don't know exactly which one at the moment.

clony xxl sucks, there is a better tool outside wich is called
Protection ID 3.0 RC3 ;)

Protection ID ?? Never heard about, who did it ?? :D :D :D

Okay, get this tool, you will not regret it! It tells you almost ( ;) ) every protection includin version number.

I appreciate the advice, but why doesn't the CloneCD image work? More imporantly, how do I get my back up to work?

copy all files from cd to a folder on your hd.
replace existing exe with cracked exe.
burn all files to cd.
enjoy a working backup cd ;)

Sorry, I must have missed something. Where do I get the cracked exe?
