i have heard about an opportunity that NTSC ps2s read PAL games??? (it was something like linking 2 points inside the ps2) is there a way for PAL ps2s to read NTSC games???

No, all the link does is force the ps2 to display all games in either NTSC format or PAL format.

U still need a modded ps2 to read the games initially and all the link does is ensure that the video output is either always pal or always ntsc.

It is possible to set the ps2 to either one or the other.

Basically it's a single point on the ps2 motherboard. If u connect the point to a constant 3.5v source it will always output everything in NTSC format. If u link the point to ground then it will always output everything in pal format.

If u are interested in knowing where the point is then have a look at messiah 2 installation diagrams and they usually include it on them.
