Uploading From Xbox [Archive]

When i try to upload from my xbox to my PC using FlashFXP i only get a transfer rate of about 4 kb/s. Is this normal, and if so is there some way to speed it up?

4mb/s is good i can only get 1mb.

You definitly have a problem there. What type of connection are you using i.e. Crossover, router for example.

Some people swear its lots faster if you connect NIC to NIC without a hub or router though I'm not really sure why.

Otherwise, you could have a crappy cable?
