i got hold of an original ntsc game from america
it's max payne but i can't make it to work on a pal ps2
my ps2 is modded so i can't see why the game is not working??

what do you mean by doesn't work?
does it boot up, but the visual picture is wrong?
or does it not even boot on your machine?

i'm not sure what kind of modchip i have but it's the one that i have to use it with an action replay to boot up back ups..
when i put this original in it goes to the famous red screen of death..
my friend got the same problem as well with his machine..
i tried to load it up like it was a back up as well but it didn't work either...the screen just goes black
