Ok, this might seem like a dumb question but I have to ask it(and yes...I'm a newby). On a computer you have drivers installed for video card, sound card, ect. Isn't it the same for the xbox? If I replace the hard drive and install new bios for a mod chip, is it possible that the video card won't be at it's peek performance due to drivers that no longer exist in the system?

Thanks,

i think the drivers for the sound, graphics etc are kept in the c drive anyway

So if the drivers are in C: drive and someone switches out the hard drive after copying the whole hard drive, doesn't that mean that the drivers need to be re-installed rather than copied?

well seeing as i have no real idea how the xbox actually works...im not even sure if it uses drivers....but when you copy over to a bigger hd its just copying all you had on it before, making no real dieffernce besides the free space
