flashing matrix with bios

I already flash my modchip and install it into my xbox, but now i want to flash my modchip with a different bios. i was just wondering if there was any software that allow me to flash my modchip without taking it out of the xbox?

DO NOT! Flash that chip from EvoX. I know two people who did this and it smoked the chip and the main board.

Take it out and flash it. Not that its hard to do.
