about ntsc and pal patches

anyway I was wondering....
U can switch PAL/NTSC
If you have that then could u play ntsc games on pal only tv???
or PAL games with NTSC tv??(no 50hz)
I do have both but it's pain in the ass moving the ps2 to enjoy 60hz gaming....

The easiest way to solve your problem is to sell both of your tvs and get a tv that supports pal and ntsc.
