hi, well yes we will start off with the stupidest question first...i got DVDXcopy (newest ver) and i try to copy jackass the movie and well it dont work...i do everything that they say in the tutorial and i cant get it to work...could it be the media im using? what would be the best? dvd-r or dvd-rw? and if a brand matters please tell. sorry soo long..i got soo much trouble =(

I backed up Jackass no problem with DXC. I am assuming your burn was successful. Not all dvd players support recorded media. You can see what your dvd player supports here (http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers). Try playing it on your computer as well to see if it works.

yah i got the copy to work...but the sound was a lil screwy.. then i tried to burn it again and well no such luck...i have a TDK dvd+r and was using Maxell dvdr's..do i need to do a full 2 disc copy or can i skip a disc? im soo thankful for your help

If you are multitasking while burning, stop. You might also want to try a different brand media.

thank you man. i think i was mulitasking actually...i mighta had up msn or something running in the background..what do you suggest for media? thanks!

Yeah I don't do anything while ripping or burning and I lock my internet connection so I get no traffic. Your media might be ok. Just let your computer sit. If you still have problems try getting some Ritek media from rima.com
