what do i put for the file name nad what patch do i put. I totally have no clue how to use and then to use nero and burn the game.

First extract the files in the zip to a foler of your choice. Then open the file called adr_patcher. Load your game image and then choose your patch from the pulldown list. In your case choose .PS2 PAL->NTSC Patch Routine (No Y Pos)

Bighap - I asked a similar question before & u gave the same answer. The ADR patcher worked. However, it doesn't seem to work on all games - for example, I just tried Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec & still got the rolling screen. Do you sometimes have to apply several patces?

I also noticed on the ADR site that they have a Patch for MOH frontline (PS2) - would I have to apply the ppf patch with ppf-o-matic and then apply the PAL-NTSC fix through ADR_Patcher?

I am guessing that if they list a patch on their site for a particular game, then the patch that comes with the patcher doesn't work for that game. So I would just use the patch on their site. What is the address of their site anyways?

Just checked their forum and they have a list of games that do/don't work with ADR, etc.

it is World_Series_Baseball_2K3_USA_PS2-PARADOX i am trying to burn and there is a patch to it

Use ADR_Patcher, select the ISO file and then the PPF patch you mention. See the link in Bighap's post above.

the file is in bin and cue and it seems it doesn't work when i try the patch, it says already replaced.

Lo all...

I just patched PAL Splinter Cell to Ntsc with Adr and allthough it did seem to work the intro looked good but the videos where half screen and the cd glitched to the please insert a PS2 cd screen.

Maybe the patcher don't work for this game?

the game is dragonball z budokai, i want to patch Dragon_Ball_Z_Budokai_PS2_Full_DVD_NTSC.ppf, how do i actually patch it, what is the way.

Try buying the game instead of downloading it.
