I've heard you can download an image of Action Replay 2 V2 that has been hacked to make it bypass the hardware check.

Is this true???

dose the ar2 save on mem card instaed of dongle cause i seen the new one at walmart and it has free mem card so i figerd it used it instaed of dongle i had a gs1 b4 that saved on mem cards instead of dongles

I'm sure that edition includes the dongle for the AR2 too (and the memory card is one of those that has to be "booted" from disk, every time the PS2 is powered up, unless a DMS3 is installed!).

It saves to the dongle. FiT, a dongle is the memory like card that comes with an AR2/GS2 that is required for using it.

they may have a downloadable version which u can download that doesnt need a dongle, but as bighap says, this is where the codes are saved.

so u wud probably only have the memory functions, and wouldnt be able to use or add codes..
