Reading manufacturer info from first 512KB sector?

Hi, I was told that the first 512KB sector in all CD-R media contains the manufacturer info and there is an application that will read this info and display it for you?

Anyone heard of this?

That info on a cdr is called ATIP. You can download an ATIP reader here (http://w510.tm.odessa.ua/soft/cdr_atip/cdr_atip_read.zip)
