Anyone know how this game runs with a magic 3 modchip? Is it like The Getaway, GTA, etc?

A friend of mine has a Magic 3 and a 3.1......(two different V7's)

BOTH of the systems don't seem to like this game......
(May be an isolated incident)

The Messiah (original) and Messiah 2 play this game perfectly....

even my v6 no solder plays this game fine :)
