Multi Region

I was looking on this site http://www.psxforum.com/utilitiesps2.php and found theres a bin cue file to make your ps2 multi region (just like region X).

Has anyone tried it, you rekon it will work with a V7 Messiah 2? ( I am running low on CDs, can't afford any coasters):(

i've d/loaded something similar from that site and it works on my v3 or 4 ps2...it also works with the green screen problem....
