anybody have any feedback on accu dvd-r media for playstation2 or dvd movie backup?

Do they use Ritek Dye? If not don't bother.

If they do don't bother either.

Get on the net, order a cake of 25 Ritek and get burning on them.

Slightly more pricey? Maybe. Work 100% of the time, YEs.

I've tried about 15 different brands now and none come close to Traxdata ( Ritek with a different brand name).

Even the cheaper dvd-r that claim to use Ritek Dye r no good, Yes they burn great initially but stick them on a shelf for a month then get them out and try to boot them again.

Why take the risk of wasting money when there is a tried and tested media that lurves the PS2?

yah thats what i figured i currently use ritek but just was inquiring on other means of media but i guess your right i
have had no problems with ritek...so if it isnt broken dont fix it right? :D

I saw some site saying this dvd replaces the pricy riteks
