UT 2003 online problems

Hi all,

I am getting an error when trying to play UT 2003 online. The error is "authentication failed" when I try to look up servers. I have installed the game, patched it, and used the correct crack. Any ideas?

yes, i am using the cd key from the original cd. Also, I am not behind a firewall. Any ideas ???
