when i execute the game it says to me:

Are you using a crack ? If so, does it do the same with your original cd and without any crack ?

with the original cd it says the same...and also with the demo...i have winXP....an nvidiageforce

Oh, and some quick advice : update your video card drivers and direct3d, it might help.
