Does it happen with original cd, using cracks (which?) or not, what os are you using......

The original cd is working fine. Just the backup one that doesn't work. And I don't know how to use cracks....

So you tried to make a backup of the game., which obviously was a "bad burn".
What software did you use? I recommend Alcohol120%.

If you still can't figure out to make a 1:1 try using one of the cracks (http://spacetarget.com/games/pc_delta_force_bhd.shtml).
