Messiah2 and Macrovision

I have a messiah2 and still have macrovision. My setup involves my AV chords to my VCR and the RF to my TV and macrovision drives me up the wall.
Is there anyway i can remove this now that i have a messiah2, preferably without any internal tinkering. IE a boot cd, region cd?
