Have you tried the english executable ? Maybe that works, maybe not.

According to this thread (http://198.104.146.49/showthread.php?s=&threadid=47074) it should work fine with the english crack, probably the reason why there don't seem to be any german cracks. Does the game work with the original cd and no crack ?

Ok, so what exactly happens when you use the english crack. Does it give an error message ? If so, what error message ? Also remember the difference between a nocd and a fixed exe (backup cd required)

I have updated to 1.1 and take another code. And now played with problems.
