is there a way some sort of tool or anything to allow you to play PS2 games on your computer.

do you mean play ps2 games on your pc without a ps2 ? then the answer is no

and it wont happen for awhile yet

The only thing you can do is hook up your ps2 to you computer monitor using a vga box.

Are they any got those VGA Boxes?
I wouldn't mind getting one but I havn't heard much about them.
